Website Hosting & Management — Subscription Terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to Website Hosting & Management from Limited Time Offers ("LTO", "we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose — every term below means exactly what it says.
1. What the subscription includes
For as long as your subscription is active and paid, we provide:
- Hosting for your website on our infrastructure
- SSL certificate provisioning and renewal, with HTTPS enforced across the site
- DNS record management
- DDoS protection and uptime monitoring
- Performance and caching configuration
- Ongoing content edits to your existing pages
Content edits mean changes to what is already on your site — hours, prices, photographs, menu items, text. Building new pages, redesigning the site, or adding new functionality is separate work, quoted separately.
2. Billing and automatic renewal
This subscription renews automatically. A monthly plan is charged every month on the date you subscribed. A yearly plan is charged once a year on that date. Your card is charged automatically each period until you cancel.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again. If it cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended, and section 5 applies.
3. No refunds
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds.
This applies to every payment, monthly or yearly, whether or not the full period has been used, and whether or not you cancel partway through a period. Once a payment has been made it is not refundable in whole or in part.
If you cancel a yearly plan two months in, the remaining ten months are not refunded. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, as described in section 4.
4. Cancelling
You must give us at least two weeks' written notice before cancelling. Notice can be sent by email or through the contact details at the bottom of this page.
The two-week notice period exists so that we can prepare an orderly handover rather than a site going offline without warning.
Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It is not extended beyond that period, and the unused portion is not refunded.
5. What happens when the subscription ends
When your subscription ends, we stop hosting and managing your website. The site will no longer be online.
This applies whether the subscription ended because you cancelled, or because payment could not be collected. It is not a penalty — hosting and management are the service, and the service stops when it is no longer paid for.
We are not responsible for any loss of business, traffic, search ranking, or revenue arising from the site going offline after a subscription ends.
6. Your content
The text, images and other content you supply for your website remain yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.
7. Uptime
We monitor your site and act on outages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting depends on infrastructure and networks we do not control, and no provider can promise a site is never unreachable.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you receive, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the updated terms.
